The twin screw-extruder will allow us to combine multiple elements to precise measurements, and reproduce the results to exacting standards. Whether it’s dry ingredient combinations or a variety of gelatinous materials and liquids, the final product will have the required consistency, shape and mixture that you specify. Throughout our diverse history, we’ve worked with companies across the industry, helping them create and package numerous dry food products, from drink powders and cinnamon toppings to candy blends and baking mixes.
Once housed at our Mooresville facility, our twin-screw extruder will enable us to handle production levels of up to 2,500 pounds of product per hour at 30% solids. This additional capability will further establish our ability to provide off-site solutions for companies who need professional support for their ingredient production and product packaging.
