After graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. in chemical engineering, Bill became a product development engineer for Procter & Gamble in 1985. After the unexpected death of his stepfather, Bill left P&G to lead his stepfather’s company, George Meyer Company. He developed a functional ability to process recycled starch products, while also recognizing a need by many companies in the food industry for a trusted and capable contract manufacturing partner. Over the last 25 years Bill has evolved the company to meet this need by providing blending, spray drying, extrusion, re-packing, and consumer packaging.
The company has expanded multiple times with facility additions in 1997, 2006, and 2013 including a second plant in Mooresville, Indiana. The latest addition in 2015 is the opening of the PacMoore Innovation Lab in Gridley, Illinois.
Bill’s energy and forward-thinking attitude have helped to spur this remarkable growth, not only in facilities but in sales and people as well. Employee transformation including spiritual development has defined the culture and the ability of the company to expand. The company employs 300 people, processes approximately 250 million pounds of ingredients each year and generates annual sales over $35 million.

Gary has been in Sales, Sales Leadership and Marketing Leadership for more than 30 years, working for Fortune 500 companies in the consumer products and medical device space. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a B.A. in Marketing.
Vice President, Marketing and Legal Affairs
Chris’ experience with Scott Paper and ConAgra has allowed him to sell and manage leading brands such as Scottissue®, Viva® Towels, Healthy Choice® and Butterball®. He received his B.S. in business management from Eastern Illinois University and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
Vice President, Food Safety and Quality Assurance
Prior to joining PacMoore, Evan worked with Kari-Out Company, AIB International, and SAI Global with over 15 years of Quality Assurance experience across a broad range of food manufacturing sectors. He holds both a BA in Geography and Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University at Albany, State University of New York (SUNY). He is an American Society for Quality (ASQ) certified HACCP and Quality auditor as well as a BRC Approved Training Provider.
Prior to joining PacMoore, Jeff worked in public accounting for ten years for a large Midwestern firm in the Chicago area specializing in external audits, consulting and tax for a broad range of industries. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Olivet Nazarene University. Jeff and his wife Jessica have two children and live in Shorewood, Illinois.
Human Resources Manager
Linda’s experience includes a diverse human resources career with global manufacturing, engineering and hotel corporations. She received her B.S. in Forensic Studies (pre-law) from Indiana University. Since receiving her SHRM-CP certification, Linda has led this human resources certification training for fellow human resources professionals.
Senior Technical Manager, Extrusion
Jon spent 4 years at Watershed Foods, LLC, most recently as Director of Research & Development with responsibility for product development and additional responsibilities for Quality and Regulatory. Prior to Watershed, Jon worked with Ringger Foods, Inc. and Kerry Ingredients & Flavors in product applications, process technology, and technical training roles. He holds a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Food Scientist. Jon joined the PacMoore team in 2014 as Senior Technical Manager, Extrusion.
Corporate IT Manager
Jon joined PacMoore after 25 years of experience with Citibank and Navistar, with emphasis in Information Systems and Supply Chain. His skills in technology and business analytics supported numerous large corporate initiatives and process improvement projects. He earned his B.A. in Information Sciences from Roosevelt University and an M.B.A. from Olivet Nazarene University.
Director of Supply Chain Management
Adam has attended Purdue University, IUPUI, and is now continuing his education in Business Management through Ball State University. He has been with PacMoore since 2007, previously serving as the Plant Manager for our Mooresville location. Prior to his work with PacMoore, Adam was an Operations Manager and International Sales Coordinator for AMI in the aggregate crushing equipment industry. He and his wife, Jessica, have 2 children and are heavily involved in their church.
Global Director of Leadership Management
Prior to joining PacMoore, Scott was a CFP® and owned a financial planning business working with over 400 clients and small businesses to help manage their financial assets. He holds a B.S. in business from Trinity Christian College.
