Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or other relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Preference will be given to individuals with 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or other ‘complex’ customer service environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Must have very good English grammar skills.
- Strong math skills including working with decimals, fractions, weight conversions, and percent calculations.
- Analytical; ability to resolve complex challenges and follow through to completion.
- Excellent phone/people skills and ability to organize time well.
- Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint and experience using an ERP system.
