Management Team Bios

President & CEO, PacMoore Products, Inc. and PacMoore Process Technologies, LLC
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. in chemical engineering, Bill became a product development engineer for Procter & Gamble in 1985. There, he patented and developed a new disposable diaper that remains the state-of-the-art in diaper designs today. He later moved into his stepfather’s business, George Meyer Company, where he deepened his expertise in food processing. Recognizing a need by many companies in the food industry for a trusted and capable contract manufacturing partner, Bill soon evolved the company to meet this need.
In 1992, he leased a 50,000 square-foot facility in Chicago and opened PacMoore Products, Inc. as a majority shareholder. In just one year, the young company outgrew its space and relocated to Hammond, Indiana, which is where the 200,000 square foot company headquarters is located today. In 2006, PacMoore built a new 110,000 square-foot plant in Mooresville, Indiana, outside of Indianapolis.
Bill’s energy and forward-thinking attitude have helped to spur this remarkable growth, not only in facilities but in sales and people as well. The company employs 200 people, processes approximately 150 million pounds of ingredients annually and generates annualized sales over $25 million.
Bill, his wife Susan, and their two sons live in Frankfort, Illinois and worship at Calvary Church in Orland Park.

Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Chris’ experience with Scott Paper and ConAgra has allowed him to sell and manage leading brands such as Scottissue®, Viva® Towels, Healthy Choice® and Butterball®. He received his B.S. in business management from Eastern Illinois University and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.


Vice President, Quality Assurance
Prior to joining the PacMoore team, Giri was a business development scientist at Bureau Veritas Consumer Products in Buffalo, New York. He earned an M.S. in biological science from St. Johns University and a Ph.D. in food science from Texas A&M University.


Vice President, Human Resources
Susan has held Human Resources executive roles at both public and privately held manufacturing and distribution companies in the greater Chicago area. She has a B.A. in Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University, and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations / Human Resources Management from Loyola University.


National Sales Director
Tony’s 25 years of sales and management experience with companies such as Haworth and Kimball International has been primarily focused on serving Fortune 500 customers. He is a graduate of DePaul University with a B.S. in business.

National Sales Director
Kevin has held sales and leadership positions for more than 25 years, primarily in the paper and packaging sector strategically supporting such accounts as RR Donnelly, NCR Corp, Kraft and McDonald's. Kevin earned his BA in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.
