The secret ingredient to consistent
food processing results is training.

PacMoore has recently embarked on a comprehensive training program that details policies and procedures to ensure human safety, food safety and efficient production backed by ongoing documentation.

National Food Processing Association Auditing for Safe ProceduresDeveloped in part to meet National Food Processing Association certification standards, this professionally-developed program covers all PacMoore employees and includes on the job training, testing to ensure mastery of the specified policies and procedures, a process to foster continuous improvement, as well as an employee incentive program.

Training modules include policies and procedures for operating each piece of equipment, as well as product handling requirements for all production employees. The program also emphasizes and details the responsibilities of supervisors to document the completion of tasks related to food and equipment cleanliness.

It’s this commitment to training and everyday diligence that assures the product you receive from PacMoore will consistently meet your standards for taste, texture and cleanliness.
