Our professionally developed programs ensure food and human safety, and efficient production. Designed to exceed GMA-SAFE certification standards, these programs bring continuous improvement to the work process. It's our promise - Certified PacMoore Co-Manufacturing.

The PacMoore plant training process is structured in five basic segments:

New Employee OrientationNew Employee Orientation
This course introduces the new employees to the "big picture" of the complete manufacturing flow process and arms them with knowledge to make effective, quality decisions, solve-problems successfully, and perform their jobs in a safe manner. Led by an experienced trainer, the course ends with two written tests.

On-the-job Training and Basic
Skills Certification
This program provides a system of documentation and training that allow plant employees to perform to defined standard operating procedures. An ongoing one-on-one SOP training/coaching and certification process elevates employee performance while enhancing production throughput and quality.

Language TrainingTarget Talks
These sessions involve interactive learning with a focus on putting English language skills into practice. Training sessions on important content areas such as: Safety, Quality, Basic Energy and Standard Operating Procedures are included.

SAFE Training Program (Stop, Analyze,
Fix, Educate)
A sophisticated, multi-leveled program that promotes and teaches related safety and quality requirements, as well as stimulating and developing problem solving abilities.

English as a Second Language (ESL), Spanish as a Second Language (SSL) and Math
These on-going 16-week sessions develop the necessary basic language and math skills for both english and spanish speakers alike. Skill levels are assessed at the completion of each session.
