William J. Moore

Bill Moore's strategic vision and entrepreneurial spirit are the main driving forces behind PacMoore's success. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, he started his career in 1985 as a product development engineer for Procter and Gamble. At P&G he patented and developed a new disposable diaper that remains the state-of-the-art in diaper designs today. A few years later, he moved to his stepfather's business (George Meyer Company), where he further deepened his expertise in food processing.

In 1992, Bill leased a 50,000 sq. ft. facility in Chicago and opened PacMoore Products, Inc. as a majority shareholder. Only a year later, the young company purchased a 140,000 sq. ft. building in Hammond, IN and re-located its corporate headquarters. In 2006 Bill Moore commissioned a new 110,000 sq. ft. plant in Mooresville, IN, just outside of Indianapolis.

Over the years, his energy and forward-thinking attitude spurred remarkable growth for PacMoore. Currently, the company employs 180 people, generates 150 million pounds in annual volume of processed ingredients and the yearly sales are just above $15 million.

Bill, his wife Susan, and their two sons live in Frankfort, IL and worship at Calvary Church in Orland Park.

	Chris Bekermeier Vice President, Sales & Marketing Chris' experience with Scott Paper and ConAgra has allowed him to sell and manage leading brands such as Scottissue, Viva Towels, Healthy Choice, and Butterball. He received his BS from Eastern Illinois University in Business Management and his MBA from the University of Chicago.
	Scott Reid General Manager, Hammond Plant Before joining PacMoore, Scott has held management positions at Kenmare & Associates and the University of Chicago Hospitals. He has an MS degree in Health Systems from Rush University and BA in Chemistry from Augustana.
	Brian Willhoite General Manager, Mooresville Plant Prior to joining the PacMoore team, Brian has held senior positions at The Color Factory and L'Oreal. He received his MBA from Webster University and his BS in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M.
	Giri Veeramuthu Vice President, Quality Assurance Before joining PacMoore, Giri held the position of Business Development Scientist at Bureau Veritas Consumer Products in Buffalo, NY. He earned an MS in Biological Science from St. Johns University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Food Science degree from Texas A&M.
	Brent Ness Vice President, Engineering Prior to working at PacMoore, Brent was Director of Operations at Sensient Flavors and an Associate Director of Technology at Penwest Pharmaceuticals. He has received a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
	Lee Randall Corporate Controller Lee has been a Financial Consultant and Plant Controller at successful companies in various industries. He is a graduate of Cedarville University with a BA degree in Business Administration. He also holds an MBA degree from Wesleyan University.
