Our blending & mixing systems are designed and engineered for speed, precision, efficiency, versatility, plant safety and the ultimate in food/pharma safety. They produce homogenous blends that meet or exceed your specifications and always stay within budget. Grinding. Our grinding capabilities present the perfect blend of state-of-the-art equipment, flexibility and expertise. We offer grinding solutions that are custom-tailored to your needs. Re-packaging. From bulk to 50lb bags or from bulk bags to bulk, from drums to bags or from boxes to drums — PacMoore's flexible, modular packaging line is always ready to meet your specific needs. Of course, we also offer sifting, magnets, metal detection, check weigh and lab testing. Spray drying. We deliver efficient and cost-effective drying solutions for a wide variety of products. Our spray drying process is based on the most recent technologies, like the Fluidized Spray Dryer™ and provides free-flowing powders with improved dispersion, as well as control over the size of the agglomerated particles. |

 PACKAGING CAPABILITIES Our flexibility allows you to specify just about any packaging you desire when you outsource dry ingredient processing to PacMoore. From bulk commercial containers and ready-to-add pouches to boxes and drums, the choice is yours — in sizes ranging from one-pound pouches to 2,000-pound bulk bags. Select retail packaging is also available. In addition, you can specify your preferred labeling — generic black and white laser, color inkjet or even offset-printed stickers, and stenciling.
