Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Hammond, IN Facility and Mooresville, IN Facility)

Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Management Responsibilities: None
Function: Through constant and consistent display of honesty and integrity, qualified candidates will effectively organize and manage the Customer Service responsibilities integral to the successful production of PacMoore manufacturing activities. This includes but is not limited to contributing to the continuous improvement of the delivery of services, supporting positive customer relations and striving to provide services in a cost conscience and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Coordination of all Customer Orders and Processes for an average of 15 to 20 accounts. This includes scheduling, maintaining production schedule and order updates, while also insuring project status is understood by all parties involved in manufacturing the deliverables for shipping and distribution.
- Timely completion of all order specific customer communication (ie. Spec Sheets, MSDS, Allergen Statements, Kosher Certifications, Ingredient Statements, etc..)
- Coordination of all customer product sampling requirements.
- Comprehensive and timely follow-up for all customer concerns, issues, complaints.
- Continuous reporting, both internal and external, of all projects being undertaken and/or participating on to insure timely completion and effectiveness.
- Coordinating, maintaining and completing all necessary paperwork and database requirements for every order in a timely fashion.
Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree required. Strong analytical and quantitative skills along with effective written and verbal communication skills mandatory.
Technical Skill Requirements: Must be capable of using Microsoft Office programs effectively and efficiently. This includes but is not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be computer literate and have experience using General Accounting Software in a Windows based environment. Qualified candidates must also be able to use a multi line telephone communication system. Strong analytical and quantitative skills required along with competency in the application of mathematical skills required as well.
Preferred Qualities: Must have a pleasant personality capable of managing multiple tasks in a timely and effective fashion. Must be able to follow policies and procedures in handling customer relations while managing both routine and unplanned events that arise on a daily basis. Other Qualities-Important Characteristics: Other qualities ideal candidates should possess include:
- Any applicable experience working in the food or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry or involvement in a highly regulated environment is a plus.
- Ability to communicate using Spanish as a secondary language is a bonus.
Environmental Conditions: The basic work environment consists of a shared office with independent workstations for each employee. Primary setting is a workstation environment using a computer workstation and telephone. Successful candidates should also have a knowledge and experience of working with network printers, copy and fax machines.
