PacMoore, one of the nation’s leading contract manufacturers of dry food ingredients, is announcing the opening of their new 110,000 square-foot manufacturing facility in Mooresville, IN. The facility is located at the northeast corner of State Road 67 and Old State Road 67 in Mooresville.
“PacMoore is investing in its future by building an ingredient processing plant where customers can custom manufacture their ingredients in one place,” said Bill Moore, President and Owner of PacMoore. “This technology center will place PacMoore at the crossroads of food ingredient design for the next decade.
The new facility has 105,000 square feet of food-grade production and warehouse space; indoor rail access allowing its customers to deliver food ingredients in bulk; a 5,000 square foot attached office; and enough acreage to allow for an additional 200,000 square feet of expansion.
Today, PacMoore is one of the nation’s leading contract manufacturers, processing more than 150 million pounds annually of dry food ingredients for companies like Proctor & Gamble, General Mills, Kraft/Nabisco, Kellogg’s and Archer Daniel’s Midland. With a focus on dry ingredients – from starches and sugars to guar gums and soy isolate proteins – PacMoore’s ever-growing capabilities will include sifting, blending, repackaging, drum drying, spray drying, grinding and extrusion. A quality-driven corporate culture, combined with a diverse, comprehensive and flexible mix of processing and packaging equipment have enabled PacMoore to achieve consistent growth over the years and will allow for expansion into new processes, products and markets.
